All students must apply for graduation, regardless of whether they plan to participate in the graduation ceremony (held annually in May). Submitting an application for graduation initiates the official review of your records, notation of graduation to your transcript, and ordering of your degree, diploma, and/or certificate.
Review Degree Audit Report
Review your Degree Audit Report to make sure you have met or are in the process of meeting all program requirements. You may access your Degree Audit by logging into eServices at anokatech.edu, selecting Academic Records, then Degree Audit Report.
- If there are issues/incomplete areas on your Degree Audit or you have questions about meeting program requirements, contact your advisor before applying to graduate.
- If you are using transfer credits from another institution to meet graduation requirements, you are responsible for making sure that those institutions have sent official transcripts to the Records Office before applying to graduate.
Submit Graduation Application
After reviewing your Degree Audit, you must apply to graduate during the last semester of your program or as you complete certificate requirements. You will need your StarID and password to access the application. Once we have reviewed your records, we will send you an email with your next steps.
For students graduating at the end of fall semester, the deadline to apply is November 1. For students graduating at the end of spring or summer semester, the deadline to apply is April 1.

Graduation Follow-up Survey
Watch your email for a graduate follow-up survey. We value your input and appreciate your participation.
If you borrowed loans at any time during your education, you will receive exit counseling information from the Financial Aid Office. Exit counseling is a very important process as it helps you choose a loan repayment plan. If you do not complete exit counseling, your lender will automatically put you into a standard repayment plan, which may not be the best option for you. For more information contact email@example.com or 763-576-7730.
Becoming an Alum
Just because you have graduated doesn’t mean we forget about you! We want you to stay connected with your program, your instructors, and the college. For more information about alumni opportunities, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
