Jasmine Wolterstorff is no stranger to balancing the demands of a busy home life and academic pursuits. As a stay-at-home parent of two, she homeschools her children while working toward a degree in Behavioral Health and Human Services. One of her favorite aspects of studying at Anoka Tech is the flexibility to complete her program online.
"I enjoy learning online. I homeschool my kids, and I love that I can do my schoolwork right alongside them," Wolterstorff said.
After graduating from Anoka Tech, Wolterstorff plans to continue her education. Her goal is to build a career advocating for children, especially those facing challenges similar to those she experienced growing up.
“Once I earn my bachelor’s degree, I hope to become a case worker,” she explains. “There’s a high demand for that role, and I want to support people by helping them access the resources and information they need.”
