Student ID Replacement Card Fee $5.00 For each replacement student ID card.
Graduation Fee $40.00

Non-Sufficient Funds/Returned Check Fee $25.00 Per check(s) returned to college due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), account closed or payment stopped, includes online checking acct. payments
Payment Plan Fee $30.00 For internal payment plans set up by the college business office.
Placement (ACCUPLACER) Retest Fee $10.00   
Prior Learning Assessment Fee $75.00 per credit Fee for credit by examination for review of experience.
Transcript Fee $5.00 For each academic transcript requested to be mailed or picked up in person.

Student Bills/Invoices Are Not Mailed

Student bill/invoices are not mailed. Students need to check their account balances online using eServices. The official method of communication with all students is through their official Anoka Technical College email account.

Courses May Be Cancelled for Non-Payment

Drop/Cancellation for Non-Payment

  • Minimum payment criteria must be met by the payment due date for each semester. Please read this so that your course registrations are not canceled.
  • Students who register and later change their plans for attendance should not rely on the Registration Cancellation for Nonpayment process to complete administrative drops for them. Those who no longer wish to be enrolled must drop their courses via the online registration process and officially withdraw for accurate determination of their financial obligation to the College, if any.
