Description: This course will introduce students to their unique talents, and help them discover how best to use and develop talents in academics, career, and life. Students will explore career paths, motivation, and personal strengths using the StrengthsFinder or StrengthsQuest tool, and learn to develop life skills using the Five Essential Elements of Well-Being.
