Supervisory Management 

Anoka Technical College Supervisory Management programs prepare individuals to perform successfully as supervisors.

The Supervisory Management program includes:
  • Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Supervisory Management 
  • Human Resource Development certificate
  • Quality Supervision certificate
  • Supervisory Leadership certificate

The certificates can stand alone or be combined with general education credits to complete the AAS degree.

The Anoka Technical College associate in applied science (AAS) degree in Supervisory Management is a 60-credit program.  The Supervisory Management program certificates are the building blocks of the AAS.  Combining the certificates with fifteen (15) general education/MnTC to meet the AAS requirements.

All Anoka Technical College students must demonstrate basic competency in Math, English, and Reading. Competency may be demonstrated through achieving minimum cut scores in new student assessments (Accuplacer); through other assessment exemptions; or through successful completion of Basic Math, Basic English, and Reading courses, earning a “C” or higher before receiving a diploma or an associate in applied science degree.
