The HR/Diversity Web pages
Thanks to your input we've added a few new links to MnSCU and MMB.  We've also added the absence line telephone number (763) 576-5902 to our resources list, the Policies and Procedures page, the Health and Wellness page and in our Supervisor's Toolkit. Please continue to send your ideas to HRDiversity@anokatech.edu.

The Guide
We recently asked new employees to evaluate the college's newly created employee resource manual, The Guide. Some of the comments we've received so far:

• Very user-friendly - easy for quick reference.
• It was very user-friendly.
• Can you add a staff directory?
• I enjoyed The Guide. 
• Very helpful, thanks!
• If possible, can employees get it their first week on the job?

Based on customer feedback, we added a link in The Guide for the online staff directory. All employees can download and save a copy of The Guide. New employees will receive a hardcopy of The Guide during their orientation.
