Anoka Technical College provides an e-learning environment using Desire2Learn (D2L) the instructional management system approved by MnSCU.  D2L is a complete web-based teaching and learning platform that provides the tools for on-line course development, delivery and management.

• Faculty set the radio active button in D2L so the course is live for students.
