At Anoka Technical College we believe in striking a healthy work/life balance. 

Staff and students at the college have access to a free fitness center located in room 233.  The center has free weights, medicine and exercise balls, mats, an elliptical bike, a stationary bike and a boxing bag. We encourage staff to take advantage of the fitness center during breaks or before and after work. 

Our facilities department and Landscape and Nursery Technology program recently gave the campus grounds a makeover. The results are a wonderful setting for a lunch time stroll. The campus building has long connected corridors that are perfect for winter walking! Many of our faculty and staff can be found power walking through the halls during their lunch and breaks.
