At Anoka Technical College we believe our employees are one of our biggest assets. We challenge our employees to explore their professional goals by encouraging them to set annual development goals with their supervisor as part of the evaluation process.
Our employees are eligible to participate in a Minnesota State College and Universities system Training and Registration Site (STARS). Employees may research and register for conferences, workshops and seminars by using STARS.
