Part-time employees receive vacation leave based on the number of hours they work.
Requests for vacation and personal leave must be made in writing to the employee's supervisor. Vacation time must be approved by the employee's supervisor.

Supervisor's are responsible for monitoring their employee's sick leave use. Sick leave is to be used according to the guidelines in the collective bargaining agreements.
