The supervisory field includes all areas of the private and public sector. Business and industry consistently seek out qualified employees who can move directly into the supervisory ranks. Anoka Technical College's Supervisory Management program prepares individuals to be successful supervisors.

The Supervisory Management program includes an A.A.S. degree in Supervisory Management as well as certificates in Supervisory Leadership, Human Resource Development and Quality Supervision. The certificates are the building blocks of the A.A.S. degree. Each certificate can stand alone or when you combine the three certificates along with 19 general education credits, you will have the total of 64 credits needed for the A.A.S. degree. The Certificate and Degree requirements are listed.

ACCUPLACER Test Requirement: ACCUPLACER testing in math, reading and writing. Any needed developmental courses must be completed before receiving a diploma or an A.A.S award.
