The easiest way to apply to Anoka Technical College is to apply online. If you prefer to submit a paper application, download and complete the application form and send it along with the $20 application fee to Anoka Technical College, 1355 West Highway 10, Anoka, MN 55303 Attention: Admissions.
Note: Students applying to the Practical Nursing Program must submit a paper application and proof of prerequisites as one package to the Admissions Office.

Address, E-mail Address or Name Change - Used to request a change of address, e-mail address or name. Name change requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation.
Bookstore Voucher Spring 2009 - Authorization to charge books against financial aid (spring 2009).
Consent for Release of Information - Used by students to authorize the release of information to family members and outside parties.
Direct Deposit Authorization - Used to request the direct deposit of work study or financial aid funds remaining after all charges have been paid.
Prior Learning Asssessment Application - Used to apply for academic credit for learning gained through on-the-job experiences, attendance at workshops or conference, volunteer activities, business ownership, self-study, etc. Also used when a student has been granted faculty approval to test-out of certain parts of the curriculum. A fee will be charged for prior learning assessments.
Transfer of Credit - Used when a student wishes to transfer credits from another institution. Note that the student must provide an official transcript from the other institution to the Anoka Technical College Records and Registration Office.
Ask a Librarian - Used to answer your questions about the library media center and its services.
