Job Fair Update
Our spring job fair was held Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016.
The Job Fair was a huge success today! We had our highest ever number of employers at 95 with 654 job seekers. There has not been a count of job seekers in the past.
We had employers that did interviews on the spot and are very interested in hiring folks already. There were many job seekers that were placed or soon to be placed and walked away with great comments.
Please check back in the fall for information on our upcoming spring job fair.
Employer of the Day
Are you interested in hosting a table to speak with students about your job availability? Please email Mary Allenson
to set up an appointment. I would like a two week advance appointment, if that doesn't work, we can work out something.
Please schedule your availability for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday anytime from 10 am to 1 pm. You can do the whole time slot, an hour, etc. Please email what day, time, a little description of your job and what programs you are interested in posting to.
Upon scheduling your time slot, I will:
Put announcement on internal monitors
Contact faculty of your program interest
Post on social media
Post on college calendar
I will re-post on social media again the day before your visit.
