Scholarship event allows donors and recipients to meet
The Anoka Technical College Foundation recently hosted a recognition luncheon for several Caterpillar Paving Products employees, the 2014 – 2015 Anoka Technical College Foundation Caterpillar Paving Product scholarship recipients and the Welding and Machine Trades faculty.
Scholarship recipients were able to express their gratitude for the $1,000 scholarship, discuss their educational experience and their career goals.
Jason Alder, facilities manager, provided information on Caterpillar Paving and employment opportunities.
Since 1997, Caterpillar Paving Products has provided over $181,000 to support the Welding program and students attending Anoka Tech.
