How to Access

Sexual Harassment
Required every other year during employment at Anoka Technical College.

Sexual Harassment training is available through a web based course offered by the State of Minnesota. This link is only active from a computer on campus. 

  • Log on to web training by clicking here.
  • Follow the web directions.
  • Complete the course.
  • Print the certificate.
  • Submit the certificate to Human Resources.

Right to Know
Required every year during employment at Anoka Technical College
Right to Know training is available through a web based video offered by MnSCU.
  • All new employees will review this training session at their New Employee Orientation session.
  • Link to the training here.
  • Complete the video.
  • Print this form.
  • Complete the form.
  • Submit form to Human Resources.
Public Jobs Private Data
Required once for all employees.

Public Jobs Private Data training is available through a D2L course offered by MnSCU.  

  • HR will notify IT department to register employee as student.
  • HR will send employee log on instructions provided by IT.
  • Log on to D2L.
  • Complete all three sections and quizzes.
  • Notify HR when you have completed via e-mail.

Employee Code of Conduct
Required once for all employees.

Employee Code of Conduct training is available through a D2L course offered by MnSCU.

  • HR will notify IT department to register employee as student.
  • HR will send employee log on instructions provided by IT.
  • Log on to D2L.
  • Complete all sections and quizzes.
  • Notify HR when you have completed via e-mail.

Personal Safety
Required once for all employees.
  • Personal Safety training is available through a D2L course offered by MnSCU.

    HR will notify IT department to register employee as student.
  • HR will send employee log on instructions provided by IT.
  • Log on to D2L.
  • Complete all three sections and quizzes.
  • Notify HR when you have completed via e-mail.
Maintaining Confidentiality and Affirmative Action in the Search Process
Required once for all employees.

Maintaining Confidentiality and Affirmative Action training are available together through D2L.

  • HR will notify IT department to register employee as student.
  • HR will send employee log on instructions provided by IT.
  • Log on to D2L.
  • Watch both training videos.
  • Print and sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
  • Submit the agreement to Human Resources.
  • Agreements submitted annually.
