Policy 5.2: On Campus Posting


  1. All flyers/brochures/posters/notices, etc., which are not approved for posting will be removed.
  2. Flyers/brochures, etc., advertising non-College events must be approved by the Dean of Student Affairs and are allowed in designated areas only.
  3. All flyers/brochures/posters/notices, etc., should carry the name of the organization and person responsible for posting.
  4. Each department is responsible for removing their materials after the event is held.
  5. Posters and flyers advertising off-campus events, products and/or services shall be allowed on a limited basis if it is determined to be a legitimate student service by the Dean of Student Affairs.
