Work Study Jobs
Work Study

To be eligible for a work study job, you must receive an award letter from Anoka Technical College that lists either "Federal Work Study" or "MN Work Study."

All positions pay $8.50 per hour. You are allowed to work up to a maximum of 20 hours/week or until your work-study award/allotment has been reached. Upon reaching your maximum work-study award, you may request additional work-study funds, however, if additional funds are not available you will need to cease working at that time.

You are responsible for finding your own job. Please browse the positions listed below. For any job(s) you are interested in, please contact the supervisor(s) directly to schedule an interview. Being awarded work study eligibility does not guarantee employment.

Once you are offered a position, stop by the Financial Aid Office and complete a Student Worker Information Packet. Your supervisor must also sign this packet. You must return your completed Student Worker Information Packet along with all appropriate identification documentation to the Financial Aid Office before we can finalize your employment.

You cannot work until the Payroll Office delivers a timecard to your supervisor. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Work schedules will be determined in cooperation with your supervisor.
