Step 2: SAR and Other Information

The Student Aid Report (SAR) is a summary of the information you provided on your FAFSA. You will receive this in paper format or by e-mail if you provided an e-mail address on your FAFSA. This information will also be submitted electronically to Anoka Technical College if you provided the school code on your FAFSA.

The SAR means you completed the FAFSA, but you have not completed the entire financial aid process yet.

It is extremely important that you review the information on the Student Aid Report (SAR). If something is incorrect, you can make the correction online at the FAFSA Web site or contact the Financial Aid and we will assist you in making the correction.

If we need additional information from you in order to complete your file, we will notify you in writing.

Once all of the necessary information is submitted to the Financial Aid Office, a paper award letter will be sent to you. You may also view your award letter online in your Student eServices Account.
