The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Desire2Learn Help Desk is closed on major U.S. holidays recognized by MnSCU organizations. This generally includes Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, MLK Day, and Memorial Day.

Anoka Technical College's D2L Helpdesk hours: 7:00-3:30 Monday through Friday
ONE user name (StarID) and password will give you access to ALL of the following:
• E-Services (course registration, grades/transcripts, financial aid award)
• College Network (access to any student computer on campus)
• Desire2Learn (D2L course management system)
In addition, the password you create for your StarID will work for all three of the above AND your student email. Just one password!

Please be aware that when you first register for an online D2L course, it takes 24 hours before you are enrolled.
Generally course enrollments do not start to appear until 25 days before the semester starts.
If you are able to login AND it is past the “25 days before the semester starts” rule AND you still cannot see your course, please contact the instructor as they may have not made the course “active” yet.
