Online Bookstore frequently asked questions


How do I order?
Ordering is easy. Visit the Anoka Technical College Web site, click on Current Student, and click on Buy Books. This will take you directly to the Anoka Tech Online Bookstore.  

Ordering books

  • Click the icon for the semester for which you are buying textbooks.
  • Check the boxes next to the courses that you will need books for. Be sure to use the tabs to sort and select your courses.
  • Click "Submit Selections". All of your courses will show on the next page.
  • Choose NEW or USED for each textbook by selecting the radio button next to the choices.
  • Click "Add Selected Items to Cart".
  • Review your order then click Check Out.
  • If you are a returning student or a student with a book voucher, log in using your previous e-mail and password. If you are a new customer, use the log in section on the right, to create an account.
  • Keep a record of the e-mail and password you use when opening your eCampus account.

Why should I order through the Anoka Technical College’s Online Bookstore?
Anoka Technical College and eCampus work together to ensure that you receive the correct books that you need for your classes. By ordering through the Anoka Tech Virtual Bookstore, your representative will look at your order every day and report any problems or delays to the college.

Can I order items besides textbooks from the ATC Virtual Bookstore?
ABSOLUTELY! You are able to order anything that is listed on eCampus. Just type in what you are looking for in the search box. Once you place an order an eCampus representative will be able to watch your order. You may want to make separate your book order from you "other" order. Placing only one order for books and apparel may delay your book order. Financial aid cannot be used for non-school related merchandise or any apparel.

Where can I find information about the status of my order?
When on the Anoka Technical College Virtual Bookstore, click the "My Account" link in the top-right corner. Just sign in and you can check order status, tracking information or to look for a credit.

Can I still order books if I do not have a debit/credit card?
YES! If you do not have a debit/credit card to make a payment online you will need to contact your eCampus representative. Your orders will not be processed until the check or money order has cleared the school's financial institution. You will need to send either a check or money order for the amount of your order plus shipping. We will need the following information:

  • The name of the school
  • The name of the classes
  • The names of books you need
  • If you want used or new books
  • A mailing address
  • A contact e-mail address and phone number.

How do you track the response time to the e-mail and phone contacts?
