Chlorine Gas
Chlorine gas students will learn the proper methods of handling chlorine and the proper procedures to follow in the event of an accident or malfunction of chlorination equipment as well as the permissible exposure guidelines as set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Health hazards from over exposure and non-safe working environments are also explained.
