Bloodborne / Airborne Pathogens
Federal OSHA standard 1910.1030 covers occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. The intent of this standard is to reduce and prevent transmission of these pathogens. This course provides a basic overview of bloodborne diseases, how they can be transmitted, an exposure control plan, cleanup and decontamination procedures and exposure prevention techniques.
