Food Safety Re-Certification Training (On-Line Class)
TAP Food Safety Manager Re-Certification courses are the only specifically developed online re-certification courses offered that are approved for use in all states where non-examination food safety manager re-certification is allowed.These courses require only half the time to study as our full version Food Safety Manager Certification course. Using these at home self-study courses eliminates any travel or time away from the job. Also offered on the TAP web site, under Regulatory Requirements, are the forms needed to file for state re-certification.

ServSafe Review and Test - Sanitation
The State of Minnesota Department of Health requires that most food establishments have a Certified Food Manager employed at their facility. Completion of the SERVSAFE course and successful completion of the exam will qualify a person to apply for a State of Minnesota Food Manager Certificate, which is valid for a three year period. This class will cover food sanitation principles.
Important: You must register at least two weeks prior to the start of this class.
Best results for successfully completing the exam are dependent on review of the materials we will send to you before the start of class. This two week period will enable us to send the materials to you and give you time to be familiar with their content.

MN Food Manager Re-Certification Training
To renew your Minnesota Certified Food Managers Certificate you must attend at least one Food Manager Renewal Course of four hours or more in length. So that your certification does not expire, this course should be completed during the three year period when you hold the Minnesota Food Manager Certificate. Specific topics for this class will vary, but will center around safe food handling.

ServSafe Test
Taking the ServSafe class and failed to pass the Exam you can register to retake the Exam. This class is scheduled for two hours.
