Leadership Development
This course provides the learner with leadership concepts and tools to enhance and improve their ability to motivate and positively influence others. Emphasis will be placed on creating positive and powerful relationships based on principles and values. In addition to leadership concepts and skills, the ethical considerations of leadership will be discussed.
