Employee Training and Coaching

This course will focus on practical application skills necessary for a supervisor to effectively coach employees to improve performance and/or behavior.  Participants will learn specific coaching strategies of tutoring, mentoring, counseling and confronting in application projects as supervisors to design and deliver effective training sessions at work. Emphasis will be on meeting identified training needs, using effective adult learning techniques.
