Practical Nurse NCLEX Review and Preparation
This course had been designed to provide practical nursing students with an overview of nursing topics in preparation for taking and passing the NCLEX-PN licensing examination. The course is suggested for all students who plan to take the exam. The course provides 28 hours of review and covers the following areas of focus: pharmacology, medical-surgical care, pediatrics, lifespan development, nutrition, obstetrics, gerontology, and mental health. Nursing process, therapeutic communication, critical thinking, and dosage calculations as well as test-taking strategies will be included.
