Small Business Development Center

Welcome to the Small Business Development Regional Sub-Center at Anoka Technical College, part of the University of St. Thomas.

Free business consulting assistance is provided to help business owners develop strategies, attract customers, increase sales and improve profitability. Our consultants have extensive, practical experience in marketing, finance and accounting, and operations and business planning. Most have been business owners themselves and have advanced degrees.

Now in our third decade of operation, the SBDC will continue to fulfill its mission of helping entrepreneurial companies grow and prosper in the Twin Cities area.

The Small Business Development Center is funded by the University of St. Thomas through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.

SBA funding is not an endorsement of any products, opinions or services. All SBA programs are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis. Reasonable accomodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
