Student Loan Program

The Albin Peterson Loan Program provides loans to Anoka Technical College students registered for 6 or more credits.  Students registering for 6-8 credits may receive up to $500 per semester.  Students registering for 9-11 credits may receive up to $750 per semester.  Students registering for 12 or more credits may receive up to $1,000
per semester.

How to Apply:

  1. Obtain a loan application at the ATC Financial Aid or ATC Foundation Office.  Complete the application and return it to the ATC Foundation Office.
  2. Your credit information will be obtained.  Your application and credit information will be reviewed.  Upon approval, funds will be applied directly to the College for your tuition and fees.
  3. Interest rates will be set annually by the Foundation Board.  For the current interest rate contact the ATC Foundation Office at (763) 576-4755.  Loan interest will begin accruing from the day of graduation or
    the first date of non-attendance.

Repayment of you loan will begin four (4) months after you graduate
or immediately upon non-attendance at ATC.
